General Terms and Conditions

2. GENERAL

2.1. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Website and any associated services (the “Services”). By registering on the Website, You (“You”, “Your”, “Yourself, or the “Player” interchangeable) enter a legally binding agreement with LFG. Please read the entirety of the agreement carefully to ensure you fully understand its content. By using the Website or the Services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Service; if you do not agree to these Terms, do not continue to use, visit or access any part (including, but not limited to, sub-domains, source code and/or website APIs, whether visible or not) of Website or the Services.

2.2. We may amend these Terms of Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to bring any material changes to your attention, but it is your responsibility to check regularly for updates. By continuing to use the Website or the Services after any amendment, you will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the Services.

2.3. These Terms of Service may be made available in multiple languages. In case of any discrepancies between the English version and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail.

2.4. Any games, lotteries, or betting markets available on the Website as part of the Services may be subject to their own specific rules. You should refer to these rules when participating. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and the specific rules of a game or service, the provisions of these Terms of Service shall prevail.

3. LFG ACCOUNT

3.1. In order for You to be able to place bets on LFG.bet, you must first register for an account ("LFG Account"). During the registration process, you will be required to provide mandatory information indicated in the registration form. you are solely responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. We may reject any username that we deem offensive or inappropriate.

3.2. You may not register for an LFG Account if:

a) You are under 18 years old or below the legal age of majority for gambling in your jurisdiction;

b) You are residing or located in jurisdictions where gambling or your use of the Services is prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services complies with applicable local laws;

c) You provide misleading information or attempt to register for an LFG Account through third parties. You are also prohibited from selling, transferring, or acquiring LFG Accounts from or to other users.

3.3. You are fully responsible for the security of your login details, including your password and any sensitive information related to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the misuse or abuse of your LFG Account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, of any information related to your account.

3.4. You are only permitted to have one LFG Account. If you attempt to open more than one LFG Account, any and all such accounts may be blocked, suspended, or closed, and any funds in those accounts may be frozen or deducted. If you realize that you have opened more than one registered LFG Account, you must notify us immediately by contacting support at [email protected].

3.5. If, at any time after registering your LFG Account, you become aware of any errors or incorrect information related to your account, you must inform us as soon as possible by contacting support at [email protected].

3.6. LFG shall be entitled to close or suspend your LFG Account if:

a) LFG considers that you are using or have used the Website in a fraudulent or collusive manner or for illegal and/or unlawful or improper purposes;

b) LFG considers that you are using or have used the Website in an unfair manner, have deliberately cheated or taken unfair advantage of LFG or any of its customers or if your LFG Account is being used for the benefit of a third party;

c) LFG is requested to do so by the police, any regulatory authority or court or if LFG is unable to verify your identity, profession or source of funds as is expressly required by the applicable regulations;

d) You are in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the applicable regulations or the fair use of our services, or LFG has concerns that you are a compulsive problem gambler without being self-excluded;

e) LFG considers that any of the events referred to in (a) to (e) above may have occurred or are likely to occur.

3.7. If LFG closes or suspends your LFG Account for any of the reasons referred to in 3.6, you shall, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, be liable for any and all claims, direct losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses incurred or suffered by LFG (together, the “Claims”) arising therefrom and shall, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, indemnify and hold LFG harmless on demand for such Claims.

3.8. In the circumstances referred to in 3.6, LFG shall also be entitled to void any bets placed by you following such actions by you or to withhold and/or retain any and all amounts which would otherwise have been paid or payable to you (including any winnings) to the extent permitted by law.

3.9. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect that your account has been compromised or is being used in breach of our Terms of Service.

3.10. If LFG closes your LFG Account it will inform you of the available means to withdraw the remaining balance on your LFG Account.

3.11. We take no responsibility for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access to your account.

4. KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER (KYC)

4.1. LFG reserves the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC documentation it deems necessary to determine your identity and location. Please refer to LFG’s KYC Policy for more information.

4.2. LFG also reserves the right to disclose your information as appropriate to comply with any legal process or as otherwise permitted by the Privacy Policy of LFG, and by using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of such disclosure. 5. CONDITIONS OF USE

5.1. As a condition of your use of the Services, you represent, warrant, covenant, and agree that:

a) You are at least 18 years of age or meet the legal age requirement determined by any laws applicable to you for using the Website and Services, whichever age is greater;

b) You have full capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement with LFG, and you are not restricted by any form of legal incapacity;

c) Your use of the Services is entirely at your own discretion and risk;

d) You acknowledge and understand that there is a risk of losing funds when using the Website and Services and agree that LFG is not responsible for any such losses;

e) You recognize that funds in your LFG Account are used instantly when placing bets or engaging with services, and that no refunds will be provided;

f) You understand that the value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate significantly, and LFG is not liable for such changes in market value;

g) You have not been diagnosed or classified as a compulsive or problem gambler;

h) You are not currently self-excluded from any gambling site or gambling premises, and will inform LFG immediately if you enter into a self-exclusion agreement with any gambling provider;

i) You are accessing the Website from a jurisdiction where it is legal to do so, and will not use the Website or its Services from any location where such activities are prohibited by law;

j) All information you provide to LFG is accurate, true, and complete, and you will notify LFG immediately if any information changes;

k) You participate in the Services solely for personal, non-professional purposes, and for recreation or entertainment purposes only;

l) You participate in the Services on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person;

m) You will not use or access the Website or Services for any purpose that is illegal under any law applicable to you, or in violation of these Terms of Service;

n) You will not collude with or assist third parties, or use any device, robot, spider, algorithm, software, or other methods to defraud LFG or interfere with the functioning of the Website or Services;

o) You will not use the Website or Services in a manner that disrupts other users or attempts to gain an unfair advantage over others;

p) You will not disseminate any information or content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, racially or ethnically offensive, pornographic, or profane, or any material that could constitute or encourage illegal conduct or civil liability;

q) You will only use funds that have been legally obtained and that belong to you when depositing or withdrawing funds to/from your LFG Account;

r) You acknowledge that LFG may take steps to detect and prevent unauthorized or illegal activities, including, but not limited to, geolocation checks, IP masking detection, and blockchain transaction analysis;

s) If you become aware of any suspicious activity related to the Website or its Services, you will report it immediately to LFG via in-platform support or email at [email protected];

t) You acknowledge that LFG may suspend, block, or close your LFG Account and withhold funds if necessary to assist in the prevention of money laundering or other illegal activities;

u) You are fully responsible for obtaining independent financial, accounting, and tax advice, and for reporting, paying, and accounting for any tax or other levies due on any winnings or sums received from the Services;

v) You will keep your username, password, and other sensitive information related to your LFG Account confidential and secure, and will notify LFG immediately if your account information is compromised;

w) You acknowledge that LFG may modify or withdraw any part of the Services at any time without prior notice;

x) You understand that LFG is not liable for any outages, slowness, capacity constraints, or deficiencies affecting telecommunications networks or internet services required for accessing and using the Services.

5.2. We reserve the right to close or suspend your LFG Account if you breach any of the above representations, warranties, or covenants, or if we believe such a breach is likely to occur. Additionally, we may close or suspend your LFG Account if requested by the police, any regulatory authority, or court, or if we are unable to verify any of the KYC information provided by you.

6. NO LFG WARRANTIES

The Services are provided to you on an “as is” basis. We disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, in connection with the Services. Specifically, we do not provide any warranty or representation regarding the quality, fitness for purpose, completeness, or accuracy of the Services. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. LFG does not represent or warrant that the Website will be free from errors, bugs, or other defects in its functioning. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, timely, or secure access to the Services. Information provided through the Website, including data feeds used for sports betting, may not always be accurate, reliable, complete, or current. The Website may be affected by software bugs, data feed interruptions, platform or server downtime, or other technical issues, and these issues may cause losses to you by affecting the functioning of the Services or the resolution of any markets.

7. DEPOSITS

7.1. You may only participate in any game on LFG if you have sufficient funds in your LFG Account to cover the participation costs.

7.2. You are not permitted to deposit funds originating from criminal or unauthorized activities into your LFG Account.

7.3. To deposit funds into your LFG Account, you may transfer funds from a cryptocurrency wallet under your control or through other payment methods available on the Website. Deposits may only be made using funds that are owned by you.

7.4. LFG is not responsible for any delays in deposits caused by blockchain transaction times, specific payment methods, or third parties.

7.5. We reserve the right to implement additional verification procedures to confirm your identity when processing deposits into your LFG Account.

7.6. Please note that certain payment methods may incur additional fees. Your bank or payment service provider may also charge you additional fees for making transfers or for converting currencies.

7.7. We reserve the right to refuse any deposit at our discretion. If your LFG Account has been blocked or suspended, you are prohibited from attempting to deposit funds. Should you attempt to deposit funds into a blocked or suspended account:

a) You acknowledge and accept the risk that such deposited funds may be permanently lost;

b) If those deposited funds are not lost, we retain the right to withhold them.

7.8. LFG may set a minimum deposit amount at its discretion. The minimum deposit amount may change at any time and will be clearly displayed on the Website. Depending on the payment method used, additional service fees may apply.

7.9. You understand and acknowledge that only payment methods owned by you can be used to deposit funds into your LFG Account.

7.10. If LFG detects that you have funded your account using third-party payment methods or funds that originate from illegal or unauthorized sources, this will be considered a violation of our Terms of Service. In such cases:

a) LFG reserves the right to suspend or close your LFG Account;

b) LFG reserves the right to cancel, reverse, or adjust any transactions and forfeit any funds deposited and/or winnings generated from such funds.

7.11. Deposits will generally be processed immediately, and your LFG Account balance will be updated instantly. However, LFG is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to third-party payment service providers.

7.12. Some payment methods may carry additional fees, and these fees will be clearly shown in the cashier section when making the deposit. Your bank or payment service provider may also charge you additional fees for currency conversion or other associated charges, according to their terms and conditions.

7.13. Funds cannot be transferred from your LFG Account to another user's LFG Account.

7.14. LFG reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion. If your account is blocked or suspended, you are prohibited from attempting to deposit funds. Any attempt to do so may result in the forfeiture of the funds, at LFG's discretion.

7.15. LFG.bet’s payment agent company is Tziase Ltd, a Cyprus company registered with registration number HE 454018, with its registered address at Griva Digeni, 81, Marinos Court, 1&2 Floor, 6043, Larnaca, Cyprus. Tziase Ltd has full unreserved rights to perform payment agent services for deposits for LFG and any other related entities.

8. WITHDRAWALS

8.1. Cryptocurrency withdrawals will be processed to the cryptocurrency wallet address you provide when making a valid withdrawal request. LFG will not be responsible for lost funds if the incorrect address is provided.

8.2. The minimum withdrawal amount will be specified on the website when you request a withdrawal.

8.3. Withdrawals may be restricted if suspicious, unauthorized, or illegal activity is detected related to your LFG Account.

8.4. If LFG mistakenly credits your account with winnings or any other sums that do not belong to you, whether as a result of a technical error, human error, or otherwise, those sums will remain the property of LFG and may be deducted from your account. If you withdraw funds that do not belong to you before LFG becomes aware of such an error, the incorrectly credited funds will, without prejudice to other remedies, constitute a debt owed by you to LFG. You are obligated to notify LFG immediately via email at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any such error.

8.5. If your LFG Account has been closed, locked, blocked, or excluded and you wish to recover funds held within it, you must contact LFG customer support at [email protected].

8.6. LFG reserves the right to refuse any withdrawal request if we suspect you are in breach of these Terms of Service or if we deem it necessary for any other reasons. We may carry out additional KYC procedures or other checks before processing any withdrawal.

8.7. LFG.bet’s payment agent company is Tziase Ltd, a Cyprus company registered with registration number HE 454018, with its registered address at Griva Digeni, 81, Marinos Court, 1&2 Floor, 6043, Larnaca, Cyprus. Tziase Ltd has full unreserved rights to perform payment agent services for withdrawals for LFG and any other related entities.

9. BONUSES

9.1. Your winnings will be paid out in the same cryptocurrency or currency used to place the bet or wager for that particular game.

9.2. LFG may, from time to time, offer various bonuses and rewards, such as free spins, cashback, free bets, or additional funds to wager with (“Bonuses”). Each Bonus will have its own specific terms and conditions, which you must agree to in order to participate. LFG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion involving Bonuses at any time, and your eligibility to participate and receive Bonuses is determined solely at LFG’s discretion. 9.3. LFG reserves the right to remove any Bonus from inactive accounts or accounts that, at its sole discretion, are found to be intentionally exploiting Bonuses in bad faith.

9.4. Any Bonuses that are not claimed within the applicable claiming period, or within 60 days from issuance (whichever is shorter), will be cancelled. Additionally, LFG has the right to cancel any Bonus at its sole discretion.

9.5. To be eligible to receive winnings or Bonuses, users must not be in breach of these Terms of Service.

10. BREACH

10.1. Without prejudice to any other rights, if you breach any provision, in whole or in part, of these Terms of Service, LFG reserves the right to take appropriate action as deemed necessary, including but not limited to closing or suspending your LFG Account, deducting funds from your account, terminating our relationship with you under these Terms of Service or any other applicable agreement, and/or taking legal action against you.

10.2. You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LFG, its shareholders, directors, employees, and agents from and against all costs, expenses, losses, damages, claims, demands, and liabilities (including legal fees and any other charges) that may be incurred or suffered by LFG or its shareholders, directors, employees, and agents, arising in any way from:

a) Any breach by you of any part of these Terms of Service;

b) Any violation by you of any law or any third-party rights;

c) Your use of the Website, services, or participation in any game.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall LFG be liable for any claims, proceedings, liabilities, costs, losses or special, incidental, direct, indirect, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or misuse of the Services. This limitation of liability applies:

a) Regardless of whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, strict liability, statutory liability, or any other basis;
b) Even in the case of our own negligence;
c) Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such liability.

11.2. The limitations of liability in these Terms of Service shall apply to the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

12.1. LFG and its licensors are the sole holders of all rights in and to the Services and related code, structure, and organization, including copyright, trade secrets, intellectual property, and other rights. You may not, within the limits prescribed by applicable laws: agree that:

a) Copy, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or translate the website;
b) Use the Service in a manner prohibited by applicable laws or regulations (each of the above is an “Unauthorized Use”).

LFG reserves any and all rights, implied or otherwise, which are not expressly granted to you hereunder and retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services. You agree that you will be solely liable for any damage, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the commission by you of any Unauthorized Use. You shall notify LFG immediately upon becoming aware of the commission by any person of any Unauthorized Use and shall provide LFG with reasonable assistance with any investigations it conducts in light of the information provided by you in this respect.

12.2. The term “LFG”, its domain names, and any other trademarks or service marks used by LFG as part of the Services (the “Trademarks”), are solely owned by LFG. In addition, all content on the website, including, but not limited to, images, pictures, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, music, audio, and text (the “Site Content”) belongs to LFG and is protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights. You hereby acknowledge that by using the Services, you obtain no rights in the Site Content and/or the Trademarks, or any part thereof. Under no circumstances may you use the Site Content and/or the Trademarks without LFG’s prior written consent. Additionally, you agree not to do anything that will harm or potentially harm the rights, including the intellectual property rights of LFG.

13. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

14. GOVERNING LAW

14.1. The Agreement and any matters relating to it shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Curaçao. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Curaçao shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim, dispute, or difference concerning the Agreement and any matter arising from it, and you irrevocably waive any right to object to an action being brought in those courts, or to claim that the action has been brought in an inconvenient forum, or that those courts do not have jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit LFG’s right to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall taking proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdictions, whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by the law of such other jurisdiction.

14.2. In case of a dispute arising from or connected to these Terms of Service, you agree to resolve the dispute in your individual capacity and not as part of any class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or any other representative proceeding. You further waive the right to demand a trial by jury, where applicable.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of this Agreement or the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision.

16. ASSIGNMENT

We reserve the right to assign our rights under these Terms of Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under these Terms of Service.

17. MISCELLANEOUS

17.1 No waiver by LFG of any breach of any provision of these Terms of Service (including the failure of LFG to require strict and literal performance of or compliance with any provision of these Terms of Service) shall in any way be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of such provision or of any breach of any other provision of these Terms of Service.

17.2 Nothing in these Terms of Service shall create or confer any rights or other benefits in favour of any third parties not party to these Terms of Service.

17.3 Nothing in these Terms of Service shall create or be deemed to create a partnership, agency, trust arrangement, fiduciary relationship, or joint venture between you and LFG.

17.4 LFG may assign, transfer, charge, sub-license, or deal in any other manner with these Terms of Service, or sub-contract any of its rights and obligations under these Terms of Service, to any other party.

17.5 These Terms of Service constitute the entire understanding and agreement between you and LFG regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreement, understanding, or arrangement between you and LFG.
